ڐنڐ ḍanḍ दंड S̱. s. m. 1. The arm above the elbow. 2. A kind of exercise, placing the hands on the ground and then bending down so as al- most to touch the earth with the breast. ڐنڐ پيل ḍanḍ-pel, One who exercises himself at the ḍanḍ.

ڐهار ḍhār H s. See ڐهال ḍhāl.

ڐهکيلنا ḍhakelnā H v. a. To shove, to push, to justle. ڐهکيل دينا ḍhakel denā, To push, to precipitate.

ڐگڐگانا ḍagḍagānā H v. n. 1. To shake. 2. To burn brightly, to bu rn clear (charcoal). ڐگڐگاکرپاني پينا ḍagḍagākar pānī pīnā, To drink greed ily, or a large quantity at a draught.

ڐهيڙي ḍheṛī H s. f. See ڐهير ḍher.

ڐنڐوت ḍanḍ-wat दंडवत् S̱. s. f. Hindū sa- lutation, bow, obeisance, prostration.

ڐهانس ḍhāṅs H s. (dakh.) Cough: see سرفه sur- fa, and خناق ḵẖunāḳ.

ڐهڙي ḍihuṛī H s. f. Threshold, door. ڐهڙيدار ḍihuṛī-dār, s. m. A doorkeeper. See ڐيوڙهي.

ڐهوري ḍhorī H s. f. Eagerness, ardour.

ڐاڙهـ ḍāṛh दाढा S̱. s. f. A jaw-tooth or grinder.
