دهياني ध्यानी dhyān-ī S adj. Considerate, contemplative, given to meditation (on divine mat- ters), religious.

دهونوارا dhūṅwā-rā S̱. (from دهونوا dhūṅwā) s. m. A chimney.

دوارکا द्वारिका dwārikā S s. f. Name of a Hindū holy place on the shore of the western sea, near the mouth of the gulf of Cutch. دوارکا ناتهـ द्वारिकानाथ dwārikā-nāth, Master of dwā- rikā, i. e. Kr̤ish̤ṇa.

ديساوري desāwar-ī S or disāwar-ī (देशावरी Fo- reign) s. m. 1. A kind of betel-leaf. 2. A kind of dove.

دروازه darwāza P s. m. Door. دروازه ٿهوکنا dar- wāza ṭhoknā, To knock at the door. دروازه تيغه هونا darwāza teg̠ẖa honā, Implies a doorʼs being built up with bricks and mortar. دروازه معمورکرنا darwāza maﻌmūr karnā, To close a door.
