چهانون chhāṅoṅ S̱. (छाया) s. f. 1. Shade, sha- dow. 2. The reflection of any object in a mirror, &c. (Plur. چهاٴين chhāʼeṅ). چهانـﮩـ بانـﮩـ chhāṅh-bāṅh, s. f. Auspices.

To throw out provoking insinuations. چٿکيون مين اڙانا chuṭkiyoṅ meṅ uṛānā, To put one off with a joke.
