اجتناب ijtināb A (inf. viii. of جنب) s. m. Turning aside from, avoiding; abstinence, continence.

استنجا istinjā A (inf. x. of نجا) s. m. Purification after the offices of nature; making water.

استنشاق istinshāḳ A (inf. x. of نشق) s. m. 1. Throwing water into the nostrils when per- forming the waẓū. 2. Snuffing up the air or odours, &c.
