پختري puḵẖtarī P s. f. 1. Cakes (or bread) which are laid over dishes when bringing to table, and under which the meat is kept warm. 2. Cakes imbued with clarified butter from being laid over certain greasy dishes, such as dopiyāza, &c. (These cakes are very soft and savoury; whence) ماماپختريان کهانا māmā puḵẖ- tariyāṅ khānā, To eat cakes of this description prepared by his mother, is applied to a person accustomed to luxury and incapable of labour or fatigue.

پخته puḵẖta P adj. 1. Dressed (as victuals). 2. Baked (as bricks), of brick or stone. 3. Ripe.

پختگي puḵẖta-gī P s. f. Ripeness, the being cooked, maturity, firmness; experience.
