استدامت istidāmat A (inf. x. of دوام) s. f. Seeking to be permanent, quiet, steady, everlasting; assiduity.

استقامت istiḳāmat A (inf. x. of قیام) s. f. Standing erect; rectitude, integrity, continuance, sta- bility, constancy, residence.

اقامت iḳāmat A (inf. iv. of قیامت) s. f. Resting, staying, abode, residence, dwelling.

ترمتي turmatī H s. f. The name of a hawk. (Falco fasciatus, or Falco dubius: Buch.).

تـﮩمت tuhmat A s. f. Suspicion of guilt, false ac- cusation, calumny, slander, falsely charging one with a crime, aspersion, imputation. تـﮩمت لگاني or کرني or ديني tuhmat-lagānī, or -karnī, or -denī, To belie, to calumniate, slander, to asperse, to traduce, to accuse falsely. A.H. تـﮩمتي tuhmat-ī, adj. 1. Suspicious. 2. Ig- nominious.

تمتع tamattuﻌ A (inf. v. of متع) s. m. Enjoyment, using, gaining, delight, pleasure.
