معقول maﻌḳūl A (part. pass. of عقل Heb. and Aram. ) adj. Intelligible, reasonable, pro- bable, just, pertinent, proper, fair, decent. Plur. معقولات maﻌḳūlāt, Probabilities, words or things consistent with reason. معقول بين maﻌ- ḳūl-bīn, Judicious, reasonable. معقول گو maﻌ- ḳūl-go, Speaking properly, conversable. معقول گوئي maﻌḳūl-go-ī, s. f. Pertinent or proper speaking.

معقوله maﻌḳūl-a A s. m. The understood, the in- telligible.

معقوليت maﻌḳūl-īyat A. s. f. Reasonableness. &c.
