اسرار isrār A (inf. iv. of سرّ) s. 1. Concealment, keeping secret. 2. Disclosure, revealing of a secret.

اسراف isrāf A (inf. iv. of سرف) s. m. Prodi- gality, dissipation, abuse of wealth, consump- tion, extravagance, ruin.

اسرافیل isrāfīl A s. m. 1. The name of an angel who, it is said, will sound the last trumpet at the resurrection. 2. A seraph.

اسرنج isrinj P s. m. Minium, cinnabar.

بسرام bisrām S (विश्राम from वि and r. श्रम Grow tired) s. m. Rest, ease, repose, pause, a stop, a point in writing. بسرام لينا bisrām lenā, To rest, to repose, to pass the night (particu- larly used by wandering faḳīrs).

بسرانا bisrānā S̱. (causal of بسرنا) v. n. To forget, to cause to forget, to mislead. S̱. بسرانت 1. (for विश्रांत) bisrānt, adj. Rested, reposed. 2. (for विश्रांति) bisrānti, s. f. Rest, repose, cessation from toil or occupation.

بهولابسرا bhūlā-bisrā S̱. adj. Missing the road, (generally, a person) calling on another in consequence of some ac- cident, &c. not intentionally to pay a visit.

تسرايت tisrāyat S̱. (from تيسرا q. v.) s. m. A third person, an umpire.

جسر jisr A s. A bridge.

مسرت मिश्रित misrit S adj. Mixed.

پرسرم परिश्रम परि and r. श्रम Grow tired parisram S. s. m. Fatigue, labour, toil.

پرسرمي परिश्रमी parisramī S (from پرسرم) adj. Active, laborious.
