غواص g̠ẖauwāṣ A (adj. superl. of غوص) s. m. A diver (for pearls, &c.).

غواصي g̠ẖauwāṣ-ī A. s. f. Diving.

غوث g̠ẖaus̤ A s. m. A title of Muhammadan saints, whose ardour of devotion, according to vulgar tradition, is such, that in the act of wor- ship their head and limbs fall asunder.

غور g̠ẖaur A s. f. غوغا g̠ẖaug̠ẖā P s. m. Noise, disturbance, up- roar, clamour, alarm, brawl.

غوغاٴي g̠ẖaug̠ẖā-ī P 1. adj. Noisy. 2. s. m. A disturber. 3. s. f. Name of a bird.

غونچي g̠ẖaunchī H s. f. A hole in a path (such as those made by the feet of animals).
