البرز alburz P s. m. Name of a celebrated moun- tain between Persia and India.

ببري baburī S̱. (वर्वुर) s. f. The name of a tree of the Mimosa kind. (There are several species, but the commonest is Arabica. Roxb.) The acacia tree.

بر bur H s. f. Pudenda fœminæ.

برا burā H adj. Bad, worse. برالگنا burā lagnā, v. n. To be unpleasant. براماننا burā mānnā, v. a. To take amiss or ill or as an affront, to be displeased or affronted. ¶ burrā, s. See جوف jauf.

بربهسيا burbhasiyā H adj. Affected, an old person who affects the manners of youth.

بربولا bur-bolā H (from برا Bad, and بولنا To speak) adj. Scurrilous.

برج burj H s. m. A cable.
