تقريب taḳrīb A (inf. ii. of قرب) s. f. 1. Bringing near, approximation, approaching, proximity, access. 2. Recommendation, mentioning any one to another before meeting. 3. Occasion, conjunction, cause, pretence, motive, probability. تقريب کرنا taḳrīb karnā, To commend, to re- commend, to prepare a person for the reception of another.

تقرير taḳrīr A (inf. ii. of قرّ or قرار) s. f. Confes- sion, avowal, exposition, declaration, assertion, ascertainment, relation, recital, detail, narration, confirmation. تقريرکرنا taḳrīr karnā, To relate.

تقريس taḳrīs A (inf. ii. of قرس) s. f. Cooling, congealing.

عنقريب aﻌn-ḳarīb A (عن prepos. and قريب Near) adv. Near, soon, shortly, nearly, almost.

قريب ḳarīb A (from قرب) adv. Near, neighbouring, nigh, almost, about, akin, relative.

قريبه ḳarīb-a A adj. fem. of قريب ḳarīb, q. v.
