Obedience, fealty, subjection. فرمان ده farmān-dih, Giving or- ders, a ruler. فرمان روا farmān-rawā, Whose command passes current, entitled to command, a sovereign, a commander. فرمان روائي farmān- rawā-ī, s. f. فرمايش farmāʼịsh P (from فرمودن) s. f. An order (particularly for goods, &c.), commission, any thing commissioned, pleasure, will, commands.
