ارغوان arg̠ẖawān P s. m. A plant whose flowers and fruit are of a beautiful red; a red colour.

ارغواني arg̠ẖawān-ī P adj. Of a red colour, pur- ple.

اسپغول ispag̠ẖol P s. m. Seed of fleawort or plantain. (Plantago ispaghul: see As. Res. vol. xi, p. 174).

اغوا ig̠ẖwā A (inf. iv. of غوي Heb. Erred, acted perversely) s. m. Seduction, temptation, instigation. اغوا کرنا ig̠ẖwā karnā, To seduce, lead astray, tempt.

Attendance on, atten- tion to. ¶ g̠ẖaur, n. prop. A country or pro- vince in Arabia.

غوره g̠ẖūra P s. m. 1. Unripe grapes or dates. 2. A colour in pigeons.

غوري g̠ẖorī P s. f. A kind of porcelain, which breaks the moment poison is put into it.
