اسده असिद्ध अ and सिद्ध Accomplished a-siddh S. adj. Not effected, invalid, false, un- ripe.

اشٿسدهہ अष्टसिद्धि ash̤ṭa-siddhi S The eight siddhi, the name of a superiour order of beings, a personification of the powers and laws of na- ture. (When they are subjected to the will by holiness and austerities, whatever the fancy de- sires may be obtained; universal sovereignty may be acquired, and implicit obedience to any com- mands enforced; the magnitude, weight, or le- vity of the body may be increased or diminished to an indefinite degree; and, it may be rendered invisible and transported in an instant to any part of the universe).

تسديس tasdīs A (inf. ii. of سدس) s. f. 1. Di- viding into six parts. 2. A sextile aspect of the stars.

سدمنا sud-munnā S̱. adj. (dakh.) Well-formed, handsome: see سدهہ منا sudh-munnā.

سدن सदन sadan S s. m. A place, house, mansion.

سده sudda A (from سدّ) s. m. 1. (in medicine) An obstruction. 2. Scybala. 3. Stoppage of the nose, coryza. 4. A threshold.

سدهانتي सिद्धान्ती siddhānt-ī S s. m. One ac- quainted with the truths which are founded on demonstration.
