اساول isāwal T s. m. A poursuivant. S. آساونت आशावन्तः (from आशा Hope) āsā- want, adj. Expectant, dependant. S̱. اساونت (अ and ساونت Brave) a-sāwant, adj. Fearful, unquiet, pitiful.

بنساولي bans-āwalī S (वंशावली) s. f. A ge- nealogy. A. P. بنسبت ba-nisbat, With respect to, with rela- tion to, relative.

تساوي tasāwī A (inf. vi. of سوي Heb. Was equal) s. f. Similarity, sameness, equality, neu- trality.

رساول rasāwal S̱. (from रस) s. m. A kind of dish (rice and the juice of sugar-cane boiled together).

ساون sāwan श्रावण S̱. s. m. The name of the fourth Hindū month, the full moon of which is near श्रवणा or a Aquilæ, July-August. ساون هري نه بهادون سوکهي sāwan hare na bhādoṅ sūkhe (Flourishing in summer and not fading in autumn) is applied to express continuance in the same state or situation.

متساوي mutasāwī A (part. act. VI. of سوي Heb. ) adj. Equal, parallel, right, straight.

مساوي musāwī A (part. act. III. from سوي) adj. 1. Equal, parallel, equivalent. 2. Neutral, im- partial. 3. Suitable, convenient.

يساول yasāwal P s. m. An officer of parade, a pursuivant, a captain of the guard.

پهساوٿ phasāwaṭ S̱. (from پهسانا) s. f. Entangle- ment, ensnaring.
