آب حرام āb-i-ḥarām P s. Wine: the tears of a person who weeps hypocritically and sorrowless.

احتراز iḥtirāz A (inf. viii. of حرز) s. m. Absti- nence, regimen, abstaining from improper actions of any kind, forbearance, controuling the pas- sions. احتراز کرنا iḥtirāz karnā, To abstain (from), to keep oneʼs self with care (from), to guard oneʼs self (from), to avoid.

احتراق iḥtirāk A (inf. viii. of حرق) s. Burning, conflagration.

احترام iḥtirām A (inf. viii. of حرم) s. m. Act of honouring, veneration, reverence, attention, treating with respect.
