اتا atā T s. m. Father.

اتائي atā-ī H s. One who sings and dances gratis.

اتابگ atā-bag T (comp. of اتا atā, Father, and بگ bag, Lord) s. m. A master, a teacher, a title given to kings or prime ministers.

اتار utār S̱. s. m. Descent, declination. اتار دینا utār denā, To bring down; (met.) to disgrace, to dishonour.

To take off, to strip off, to tear off, cut off or break off (a portion of any thing), to unload, disem- bark, dismount, discharge. 4.
