کلا कला kalā S s. f. 1. A digit or sixteenth part of the moonʼs diameter. 2. A division of time, about eight seconds. 3. Part, portion. 4. Art, trick. کلا بازي kalā-bāz-ī, s. f. Turning over head and heels, tumbling, juggling. کلا نه بد نا kalā na badnā, v. a. To disobey, to de- cline, not to succeed. کلا نه لگنا kalā na lagnā, Not to have an advantage, not to avail.

کلابتون kalābattūn H s. m. Gold thread, a silver thread.

کلابه kalāba P s. m. 1. A clew, a hank, skein, a reel, a wheel (for winding thread on).

کلاخ kalāḵẖ A. (corrupt. of کلاح kulāḥ) s. Making a sour face, grinning.

کلار kalār S̱. (Sans. कलाद) s. m. 1. A distiller. 2. A seller of spirituous liquors, a tavern-keeper, innkeeper.

کلارن kalārin S̱. s. f. Female of کلار kalār, q. v.

کلاغ kalāg̠ẖ P s. m. A crow.

کلام kalām A (from کلم) s. m. A word, speech, discourse, talk, conversation. کلام الله kalāmu- -l-lāh, The word of God.
