ديوکانڐر dew-kānḍar H s. m. Watercresses.

A fish-bone. کانٿا سا نکل جانا kānṭā sā nikal jānā, To be freed from distress or injury. کانٿون پر گهسيٿنا kānṭoṅ par ghasīṭnā (lit.) To drag upon thorns; to extol or exalt one above his merits. (Used by a person who from humility disclaims the praises bestowed on him). کانٿي بوني kānṭe bone, (lit. to plant thorns) To prepare distress or misfor- tune for oneʼs self.

کلکل کانٿا kilkil-kānṭā H s. m. A game among boys. One boy, having drawn several lines upon a stone, hides it, and the others, repeating the words kil-kil-kānṭā, run about searching for it. Whoever finds the stone has a right to strike the boy who hid it three times with his fingers on the back of the hand.
