مضبوط maẓbūt̤ A (part. pass. of ضبط) adj. 1. Strong, firm, fixed, fast. 2. Possessed, occu- pied, restrained, moderated.

مضبوطي maẓbūt̤-ī A. s. f. Strength, firmness, du- rability.

چبوتره chabūtara H s. m. 1. A terrace or mound to sit and converse on. 2. A custom house. 3. A police-office.

کبوتر kabūtar P s. m. A pigeon, dove. کبوتر باز kabūtar-bāz, One who rears pigeons. کبوتر بچه kabūtar-bacha, s. m. 1. A young pigeon. 2. An unripe poppy-head, wrapped up in pease- meal and fried in butter or oil. کبوتر خانه kabū- tar-ḵẖāna, s. m. Dovecot, dovehouse.
