الهیا alhaiyā H s. f. Name of a rāginī.

الیا بلیا alaiyā balaiya S̱. (अलि A crow, and बलि A sacrifice) s. f. 1. Sacrifice, victim. 2. Lighted wisps with which the Hindūs divert themselves at the season of the dewālī.
