منڐا मंडा manḍā S s. m. Name of a sweetmeat. ¶ munḍā (मुंड) 1. s. m. The head, the head of a paper kite. 2. adj. Shaven, bald; unco- vered. 3. A kind of uncovered pālkī.

منڐل मंडल manḍal S s. m. 1. A circle, orb, sphere, disk (of the sun or moon), halo, cir- cumference. 2. A round tent. 3. An officer employed in villages, exciseman.

منڐهي manḍhī मंडप S̱. s. f. A jogīʼs hut or place of abode.

منڐهپ manḍhap मंडप S̱. s. m. A small round temple or cell. See منڐب manḍap.

منڐپ मंडप manḍap S s. m. 1. A temporary building or open shed adorned with flowers, a house. 2. A temple. منڐپ اطلسي manḍap-i-at̤las-ī (dakh.) The lower heaven or crystalline sphere. S. منڐت मंडित (r. मड Adorn, surround) manḍit, part. Ornamented, overlaid (with gold, &c.), covered (with dust).

مڐهيا maḍhaiyā मंडपिका S̱. s. f. A cottage, a hut.

کمنڐل kamanḍal कमंडलु S̱. s. m. An earthen or wooden water-pot used by the ascetick and re- ligious student.
