اسنگت असंगत a-sangat S adj. Improper, ab- surd, bad.

ترجگت त्रिजगत् tri-jagat S s. See ترلوک tri- lok.

جگت जगत् jagat S s. m. 1. The world. 2. A buttress. جگت اجاگر jagat-ujāgar, Enlight- ening the world. جگت دکهي जगद्दुःखी ja- gat-dukhī, A tyrant.

جگتيتل जगतीतल jagatītal S s. m. The world, the earth, sublunary things.

سرناگت शरणागत saraṇ-āgat S A refugee, one who has come for protection or refuge.

سرناگتوتسل शरणागतवत्सल saraṇāgata- vatsal S Merciful to those come for sanctuary, an epithet of the deity.

کناگت kanāgat कन्यागत S̱. s. f. A srāddha, or religious ceremony performed daily by Hin- dūs, during the dark half of the month Āsin, in honour of deceased ancestors, or pitr̤is. Hence that fortnight is called کنا.
