اگاڙي agāṛī S̱. (from अग्र The forepart, &c.) adv. Before, in front, forwards, further on, onward. s. f. The ropes with which a horseʼs fore feet are tied, the front, forepart. اگاڙي مارنا agāṛī mārnā, To attack in front, to defeat a hostile army in pitched battle. اگاڙي پچهاڙي لگانا agāṛī pichhāṛī lagānā, To confine (especially, a horse).

بگاڙ bigāṛ H (from بگاڙنا) s. m. Violation, differ- ence, quarrelling, discord, misunderstanding; damage, injury. بگاڙکرنا bigāṛ karnā, v. a. To quarrel, to forfeit friendship. بگاڙپرآنا bigāṛ par ānā, v. n. To be ready to quarrel.

بگاڙنا bigāṛnā H (trans. of بگڙنا) v. a. 1. To spoil, mar, damage, injure, ruin, bungle. 2. To cause misunderstanding between friends.

گاچهہ gāchh H (Turk. اغاچ) s. m. A tree. گاچهہ مرچ gāchh-mirch, Cayenne pepper. (Capsicum).

گاڐر gāḍar H s. f. Sheep.

گاڐرو gāḍarū S̱. (Sans. गारुड) s. A charm or mantar against venom.

گاڙا gāṛā S̱. s. m. A cart. See گاڙي gāṛī.

گاڙا gāṛā गर्त्त S̱. s. m. A ditch, pit, cavern, an ambuscade. گاڙي بيٿهنا gāṛe baiṭhnā, To be concealed, to lie in ambush.

گاڙتهوپ gāṛthop S̱. s. f. Burying, burial.

گاڙنا gāṛnā S̱. (from गर्त्त A hole) v. a. To bury, to set, to drive down, to fix, to sink.

گاڙها gāṛhā गाढ S̱. adj. 1. Thick, close, dense. 2. Sly, shrewd, knowing, wise. 3. Strong (as, tea).

گاڙهنا gāṛhnā S̱. v. a. (dakh.) To bury: see گاڙنا gāṛnā.

گاڙهہ गाढ gāṛh S s. f. A difficulty.
