اسکنده स्कंध iskandh S or skandh, s. m. A chap- ter, a division of a book.

سکنده स्कंध skandh S s. m. 1. A branch. 2. A part or division. 3. A shoulder. 4. A mul- titude, part of an army.

فکندني fikandan-ī P adj. To be thrown, fit to be thrown.

کندل kandal S̱. s. m. The name of a gum. (Sa- gapenum). ¶ kundal (dakh.) See کنڐل kun- ḍal.

کندوري kandūrī P s. f. 1. A linen (or leather) tablecloth. 2. A feast held in honour of Fāt̤i- ma, of which only women (and those the most virtuous) can partake; no male is ever per- mitted to see the food dressed on this occasion and set apart for an offering to the prophetʼs daughter. 3. Name of a gourd: see بنب bimb.
