النکرت अलंकृत अलम् Ornament, and कृत Made alankr̤ita S. adj. Ornamented, adorned, embellished.

سکرت सुकृत su-krit S adj. Well done, well per- formed; s. m. f. Virtue, a good action, moral merit.

پراکرت بهاشا प्राकृत भाषा prākr̤it bhāsh̤ā S s. f. A dialect of the same origin as the Sanskrit language.

پرکرت प्रकृति pra-krit S or pra-kr̤iti, s. f. Na- ture, disposition, property, quality.

کرت karrat A (from کرّ Heb. orig. in leaping; hence, to leap back, to return) s. f. One time, one assault. دوکرة do karrat, Twice. سه کرة si karrat, Thrice. کرات مرات karrāt marrāt, Repeatedly.

کرت कृत kr̤it S or kr̤ita, 1. s. m. A name of the first, or golden, age of the world: see ست جگ sat-jug, under ست sat. 2. part. or

کرتا kurtā P. s. m. A shirt, &c. See کرته kurta. S. کرتا कर्त्ता (r. कृ Do) kartā, s. m. 1. Agent, doer, maker, author, creator. 2. Nominative (in gram.). 3. A proprietor, master. 4. A husband.

کرتار kartār कर्त्ता S̱. s. m. The creator, maker, an author, doer.

کرتارتهہ कृतार्थ कृत Done, and अर्थ Pur- pose kr̤itārth S. adj. Successful, having obtained oneʼs purpose or accomplished oneʼs design. S. کرتال करताल (कर Hand, and ताल تال q. v.) kartāl, s. f. A musical instrument, a kind of small cymbal (the word may also imply beating time with the hand).

کرتب kartab कर्त्तव्य S̱. s. m. 1. Action, bu- siness, deed. 2. Skill, art.

کرته kurta P s. m. A kind of tunick, a shirt, waistcoat, or jacket.

کرتهي kurthī कुलत्थ S̱. s. f. A kind of vetch. (Dolichos biflorus).

کرتوت kartūt कृति S̱. s. f. Action, business.

کرتي kartī H s. f. The skin of a calf stuffed and placed near the mother to make her give milk.
