چهٿنا chhuṭnā S̱. (r. चुट or छुट Divide, cut) v. n. To be adrift, to be discharged, to be got rid of, to be let go or left off, to be left or aban- doned, to slip (from), to escape, to be liberated, to be loose, to be dishevelled (the hair).
