ازوقه azūḳa A. (corrupt. from ذوق) s. m. Food.

اوقات auḳāt A s. f. (plur. of وقت) Times, hours, circumstances. اوقات بسري auḳāt-basarī, s. f. Pastime, amusement, employment, livelihood. اوقات بسري کرنا auḳāt basarī karnā, To pass (oneʼs time).

بندوق bandūḳ T s. f. A musket, firelock.

توقر tawaḳḳur A (inf. v. of وقر) s. m. Respect, honour, modesty, mildness.

توقع tāwaḳḳuﻌ A (inf. v. of وقوع) s. f. 1. Ex- pectation, hope, desire, wish, trust, reliance. 2. Request. توقع رکهنا tawaḳḳuﻌ rakhnā, To ex- pect, to hope.

توقف tawaḳḳuf A (inf. v. of وقف) s. m. Delay, pause, hesitation, cessation, tediousness; pa- tience. توقف کرنا tawaḳḳuf karnā, To pause, hesitate, wait, delay, dally.

توقير tauḳīr A (inf. ii. of وقر) s. f. Honouring, re- verence, veneration.

جوق jauḳ A s. m. A troop or body of men. جوق جوق jauḳ jauḳ, In troops.

حقوق ḥuḳūḳ A s. m. plur. (of حقّ) Rights, dues, just claims, laws.
