آرامگاه ārām-gāh P s. f. A resting-place; a bed- chamber. فردوس آرامگاه firdaus-ārāmgāh, Resting in paradise (an epithet applied to Muhammad Shah).

آرامگہہ ārām-gah P s. f. See آرامگاه ārām-gāh.

آمڐنا umaḍnā H v. n. To overflow, abound, fall (as tears), gush, swell, increase or be poured out (as a river, clouds, an army, the heart, &c.).

ادهومکهہ अधोमुख अधस् Down, and मुख Face adho-mukh S. adj. With the head down- wards (as the Hindūs practise in the tapasyā), looking downwards, drooping the head (from grief or shame), headlong.

امکا ڐهمکا amkā ḍhamkā H s. m. Trifles, trifling; a person of little estimation.

امکان imkān A (inf. iv. of مکن) s. m. Possibi- lity; contingent existence (in opposition to وجوب Necessity, or necessary existence).

امکاني imkān-ī A adj. Possible, contingent.

اکرمک अकर्मक a-karmak S (अ and कर्म Ac- cusative) adj. Intransitive (a verb).

برهمچاري ब्रह्मचारी brahmachārī S s. m. A re- ligious student, a Brāhmaṇ from the time of his investiture with the sacerdotal thread till he becomes a householder, a person who continues with his spiritual teacher studying the Veda, a Panḍit learned in the Veda, an ascetick.

برهمچرج brahmacharj S (for brahmacharya ब्रह्मचर्य्य) s. m. The profession or way of life of a Brahmachārī.
