برهمچاري ब्रह्मचारी brahmachārī S s. m. A re- ligious student, a Brāhmaṇ from the time of his investiture with the sacerdotal thread till he becomes a householder, a person who continues with his spiritual teacher studying the Veda, a Panḍit learned in the Veda, an ascetick.

برهمچرج brahmacharj S (for brahmacharya ब्रह्मचर्य्य) s. m. The profession or way of life of a Brahmachārī.

دهمچا dhimchā H s. m. A kind of tamarind.

سمچا samuchā समुच्चय S̱. adj. Entire, whole.

مچا muchchā H s. m. A large lump of flesh or meat. (See h. موچا mochā).

مچامچ machāmach H adj. Filled up, stuffed full.

مچان machān मंच S̱. s. m. A platform, scaf- fold, stage, raised seat. See منچ.

مچانا machānā H (caus. of مچنا) v. a. To make, to cause, to stir up, excite, commit, perpetrate, to produce.

مچاوٴ machāʼū H (from مچانا) s. m. (dakh.) in compos. Maker, causer.

مچرانا michrānā H v. a. To eat without an ap- petite.

مچرمچر michar-michar H Eating without an ap- petite.

مچمچانا machmachānā H v. n. To creak (as, a bedstead or other thing heavily laden). See مچکنا machaknā.

هچرمچر hachar machar H s. m. Dispute, cavil, excuse.

کرمچاري karamchārī कर्म्मचारी S̱. s. m. An inferiour officer to collect the revenue from a certain division of a village, the village ac- countant.
