آهرجاهر āhar jāhar S̱. (from آنا and جانا) s. f. Coming and going, ingress and egress.

ادهیرجا adhīrjā S̱. m. (अधैर्य्य) (from अधीर) adj. Confused, perplexed.

امرجاد a-marjād अमर्य्यादा S̱. s. f. Indignity, dishonour, slight, affront.

برجا bar-jā P In place; accurate, right, true.

برجتيا barjatiyā H s. m. An innocent kind of snake. (Perhaps, from s. r. वृज Leave). H. S̱. برجري bur-jarī, s. f. A term of abuse (applied to a woman).

برجسته bar-jasta P (from بر Up, and جستن To leap) adj. Opportune, apropos, right, proper, exact, prompt.

بهارجا bhārjā भार्य्या S̱. s. f. 1. A wife. 2. The wife of a rāg or deity presiding over a musical mode. See بهاريا bhāryā.

بهرجانا bhar-jānā S̱. (dakh.) v. n. To be proud. P.A. بـﮩرحال ba-har-ḥāl, adv. By all means, at all events, at any rate, some how or other.

بهرجانا bharjānā S̱. v. n. 1. To be filled. 2. To be lined (a bitch). 3. To be broken winded (a horse from severe exercise).

رجا rajā A s. f. Hope, prayer, supplication, in- tercession.

رجال rijāl A s. pl. (of رجل) Men. رجال الغيب rijālu-l-g̠ẖaib (by the Hindūs called योगिनी yoginī) s. m. An invisible being which moves in a circular orbit round the world: on the 1st, 9th, 16th, and 24th days of a lunar month, his station is in the east: on the 3d, 11th, 18th, and 26th, in the south-east: on the 5th, 13th, 20th, and 28th, in the south: on the 4th, 12th, 19th, and 27th, in the south-west: on the 6th, 14th, 21st, and 29th, in the west: on the 7th, 15th, and 22d, in the north-west: on the 2d, 10th, 17th, and 25th, in the north: and, on the 8th, 23d, and 30th, in the north-east. His influence on each day is especially exerted during nine ghaṛis, or three hours thirty six minutes, at the close of that tith or lunar day; and, in that interval, it is unfortunate to begin a journey towards the station of this being, or in such a direction as to place him on the right hand.

رجالا rijālā A. (for رزاله q. v.) adj. Mean, vulgar, rabble.

رجب rajab A s. m. The seventh month of the Muhammadan year. It is also called رجب المرجب.
